Our task was to strip the UX down to an easily navigable path and show patrons very directly where they wanted to go. Analytics, focus groups, and library committees helped us narrow these destinations down to 9 routes. Our original recommendation is seen here, and a variation has been implemented on the current site.

THE MOBILE APP
One of our earliest discussions was centered around having access to the entire library experience - in your pocket. With much research and wire framing, we continued to explore the best way to present the loyal patron with a mobile app and digital library card.
